Are you passionate about building an engaged and connected community? Do you want to learn how to design and implement effective community building strategies? Then this bootcamp is for you!

Connect With Your Community Bootcamp is a private invite only session that will teach you the foundation principles and best practices of community building. You will learn how to build a purposeful and sustainable community that meets the needs of its members.

This bootcamp is for you if you are a community builder, leader, or manager who wants to take your community building skills to the next level. It is also for you if you are thinking about starting a community and want to learn how to do it effectively.

The bootcamp will be led by experienced community builders Espree Devora and Landon Leininger with over 10 years of experience working with communities. Espree has helped build and grow the Los Angeles tech community to the number 3 startup city in the world, a global Women in Tech community and a thriving community of podcasters. Landon has ignited local communities on his college campus. You'll discover their formula called the 5 Ps of Community Building.

This virtual session will be 3 hours via Zoom and include discussion, mentorship, action steps and breakout rooms. Members of the cohort will also be granted comped access to a private discussion forum powered by Burb where you can ask questions, get feedback, and connect with other community builders so you're not alone in the journey.
