Safeguarding your Future as a Woman in Tech - part of #BelfastTechWeek

​This event is a part of #BelfastTechWeek - a week of events curated by the tech community, for the tech community

​Join us for a dynamic panel discussion on “Safeguarding Your Future as a Woman in Tech”, hosted in partnership with Women in Data as we prepare to launch the Northern Ireland chapter.

​This event will explore the real challenges women face in the tech industry today, ranging from job insecurity and return-to-work barriers, to the persistent lack of flexible working and misconceptions around equality.

​We’ll challenge the idea that equality means sameness, and instead advocate for the targeted support needed to thrive.

​With a strong focus on building community, this event is a rallying call for local women in tech to come together, share experiences, and take action to future-proof their careers. We would like to bring some real scenarios to the table and get the panels advice on how to overcome them.
