About Event

Hey there 👋

I am Daniel Khaapamyaki, a Student @ Code & Context - TH-Köln and a Software Engineer @ Superlist.

I am happy to show you how we have built a developer friendly public API for Superlist and share our results and learnings.

We have built a public REST API so that developers can build powerful extensions and extend the capabilities of Superlist to further enhance their personal productivity workflows.

Superlist is a productivity app that helps manage tasks, action-items and notes to get things done faster in an enjoyable matter. It has been designed to meet the needs of teams, but it’s also perfect for individuals. Superlist works the way you do — it’s intuitive, customizable, reliable and always there when you need it. One of the main aspects of Superlist are the integrations into the user’s personal workflows.

Here Superlist implements so called “Integrations” which are microservices that connect your Superlist account with another application to enhance the user’s custom workflows. For example, a user can connect Superlist with GitHub so an assignation of a pull request will create a task in Superlist, and the merge of this pull request will trigger the completion of the task in Superlist.
