Love in Bloom // Wiggling with Ocean

About Event

Join us for a 90-min guided movement session where we’ll lead from the heart and move with love.

This gentle, accessible practice invites you to move in whatever way feels natural, helping you:

  • Release habitual tension from the body

  • Access deeper states of relaxation and presence

  • Expand your capacity to feel sensation and emotion

  • Gently balance your nervous system

The session is grounded in the Non-Linear Movement Method®, a no-force, no-imposition somatic practice where your only instructions are to keep your eyes closed and maintain continuous, intuitive movement.

No experience necessary—this practice can be done by anyone, regardless of physical ability, fitness level, or age.

What to expect

  • The session will be held on Zoom, in your own space.

  • You’ll need a mat, rug, or blanket and a private space where you can move freely.

  • We’ll begin with a brief introduction and demonstration, followed by some journalling, guided somatic practice, and then into 60 minutes of movement with music.

This month's theme: Love in Bloom

Love lives in the body: less as a concept, more as a felt sense. This month, we turn toward the kind of movement that arises when love is the source, not the outcome.

Not the love we chase or perform, but the quiet, generous kind. The kind that moves through you like breath, a widening, an expanding, a blooming.

In these sessions, we’ll move to remember that love isn’t something we earn—it’s something we are. And when we move from that place, something inside us begins to bloom.

Come with curiosity and an open mind—see what happens when you give your body permission to express itself, exactly as it is.

📌 A note on timing

To maintain the integrity of the space, we won’t be able to admit arrivals more than 10 minutes after the start time.
