About Event

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we're hosting a virtual discussion for founders about mental health and the founder journey.

Andy Dunn (Bonobos, Pumpkin Pie), Golbie Kamarei (BlackRock, Kamarei Advisory), and John Tabis (The Bouqs Co, M13) will lead a conversation and share advice around topics including:

  • Founders' unique stresses and common mental health challenges

  • How to talk about mental health in the workplace

  • How investors can help—and harm—founder wellness

  • Andy's experience as an entrepreneur with bipolar

  • Dealing with loneliness, burnout, anxiety, and stigma

In addition to learning from our panelists, the purpose of this event is to facilitate candid, supportive conversation in our M13 founder community. Community is vital to mental wellness, and we're here to connect you not only to our experts, but each other.

All attendees will receive a copy of Andy's book, Burn Rate: Launching a Startup and Losing My Mind.
