Join us as we explain what the halving is, it's impact on the market, and a host of other related topics such as self-custody wallets, privacy and KYC, bitcoin specific regulations, and we'll also touch on ordinals and ETFs!

Lara Assi is a seasoned Web3 and AI consultant, renowned for driving business transformation through seamless technology integration. With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience spanning manufacturing, media, retail, and blockchain, Lara specializes in scaling initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships with influential VCs and governmental bodies. Notable entities she has worked with/consulted for include The World Bank, GIZ GmbH, OECD, and the Ministry of Culture in KSA as well as South Africa.

Nicholas Gregory is known for his role at CommerceBlock, where he developed MercuryLayer and CivKit. His work focuses on using Bitcoin technology to improve financial transactions' privacy and efficiency. Gregory's contributions to these projects show his track record in creating practical Bitcoin solutions.
Elizabeth Rossiello is the CEO and founder of global payments and FX fintech AZA Finance (previously known as BitPesa). Founded in Nairobi in 2013, AZA Finance empowers companies to move money, exchange currencies, make payments and settle easily across all major African and G20 currencies. AZA Finance was also the first ever to trade digital currencies using mobile money and the first ever to make a market directly between digital currencies and African currencies. Elizabeth is committed to expanding access to financial technologies, previously co-chairing the World Economic Forum's Council on Blockchain, and a member of the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s Global Advisory Board. She has also been a guest lecturer and keynote speaker in digital assets and fintech for UC Berkeley’s Executive Education Program, Oxford University’s Fintech Programme, and for MIT’s Sloan School of Management. In 2021, she was named a 2021 Bloomberg New Economy Catalyst, and since 2022, she has been named a member of the Standout 45 Women in Fintech Powerlist by Innovate Finance.
Helen Disney is a globally-recognised cryptocurrency and blockchain advocate. A serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of founding experience, she is a regular conference speaker and commentator on cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology and innovation. As CEO and Founder of Unblocked, a premier hub for education, events strategy and marketing, she helps pioneering Web2 and Web3 companies accelerate their growth through effective storytelling and connections. Over the past decade, she has launched numerous leading digital assets and blockchain brands onto the market. For the past 2 years, Helen was a Board Member and Director of Blockchain and Digital Assets at The Realization Group, a prominent PR and marketing agency specialised in fintech and financial services. In that time, she led and grew the digital assets and blockchain practice launching numerous industry firsts. She gives back as a member of The Bigger Pie and as a mentor for the Global Thinkers Forum, a non-profit dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and women's empowerment.
Nat Cole has spent 6+ years in the Cryptocurrency/Blockchain space, primarily as a consultant, with an extensive network and working across several activities with many projects in the space. Nat sees himself as more of a visionary and thought leader, with much experience in crypto business development, marketing, copywriting, organisation and project management.Much of Nat's alternative experience comes from a lengthy technical and creative industry background, growing up around music, electronic engineering and computing, then going on to spending 3 years in VOIP Telecommunications and 15+ years in the music industry as a studio engineer, producer, artist, and management advisor.
