​Learn more about speaker Lillian Cartwright

​Lillian is currently the Chief of Staff at Archive, a position she has held since May 2023. Previously, Lillian co-founded and served as CEO of ShelfLife, a startup focused on bringing transparency and access to the ingredients market through technology. She led ShelfLife for nearly 3 years before shutting it down in early 2023, when she wrote a powerful essay about her founder journey.

​Judy Abad is an operations and business leader with 17+ years of experience in tech. Currently, Judy is an investor in and advisor of early-stage companies through her own fund, Abad Capital. She has previously served as the Chief of Staff to the CRO at Meta and the COO at WhatsApp. In addition to her CoS experience, she's held a variety of leadership roles across sales, marketing, and strategy and operations at companies in all stages of growth from seed to public. If you enjoy messaging with businesses on WhatsApp, seeing ads and verified accounts on Instagram, or creating threads or making calls on Slack, Judy is proud of her work here. If you hate all of these features, she apologizes and disavows them.

​Judy started her career at Facebook where she was one of the first Mid-Market Sales Executives. Notably, she started the Mid-Market sales team in APAC growing revenue >100% YoY. She loves to travel and will never turn down a chocolate chip cookie.
