Food founder meet-up

​Launching KiCo’s Founder Meet up series with the Nicole McMahon, founder of Trouble & Spice and co-founder of Snack with Benefits, Renco Schipper.

​Nicole is the founder of Trouble & Spice. Trouble & Spice delivers global flavours, using authentic ingredients perfectly balanced and prepared to save you time and ensure consistently delicious meals. Drawing from her culinary journey across five continents, consulting across the food industry to owning a renowned café in Nairobi, Nicole understands culinary excellence, emphasising consistency and operational efficiency. 2024 has been a big year for Trouble & Spice, closing deals with Bidfood and is soon to appear in a large national retailer with more to be announced later this year.

​Renco founded Snack with Benefits alongside Margje Pijpker with the goal of turning simple everyday vegetables into crispy and delicious snacks. The idea is to spotlight locally sourced vegetables through tastily seasoned snacks while promoting sustainability and health in parallel. These snacks are inclusive to vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians and can be found in Bidfood, Albert Heijn and more.
