๐ง Climate Quest: A game night to master climate change
โ๐ Join Us!
โReady to level up your climate knowledge in a fun, engaging wayโwithout having to become a climate scientist? ๐ฉ๐ฝโ๐ฌ Join us for Climate Quest!
In order to take effective climate action and build solutions, we need to deeply understand the problem. While most of us understand the basic science behind the climate crisis (CO2 and global warming), there's a lot more to understand at an interconnected level.
This workshop will involve an interactive journey with your fellow participants. You will be part of an interactive break-out guided by trained facilitators from Climate Fresk. You will work as a team to build a systemic view of a topic of you choice, followed by sharing your motivations and engagements.
โOriginating from France, this 3-hour group activity empowers participants with essential knowledge about climate change. Drawing from the IPCC report, it's a science-based exploration that turns complex concepts into a dynamic learning experience for everyone.
โPlease aim to arrive between 4:30pm and 5:00pm so we can embark on this adventure together on time.
โFor more information about us, please read our feature in The New York Times and NPR.

โ๐ How the Game Works
โPlease Note: This is a 3-hour group activity and requires your full participation to ensure the most enjoyable experience for everyone.
โThe workshop revolves around a 42-card game. Each card signifies either a cause or consequence of climate change. Guided by your facilitator, your team collaboratively discerns the cause-effect relationships among these components, progressing through the decks via collective intelligence. This systematic approach furnishes insights into the intricate nature of climate change.
You do not need to know everything in advance, the facilitators will be guiding you through and youโll be working as a group through it together. We're aiming for a good mixture of learning, fun and creativity!
