​Session Overview: One of the most common reasons for climate startup failure is a lack of awareness of different capital options at the seed stage and how to create a climate capital stack that works for your company from the beginning. In this session, we’ll have hands-on, practical breakouts for seed-stage (or earlier) founders on a more comprehensive approach to the capital stack that looks to structure equity alongside grant, debt options, and other financing structures.
