join us after 24 hours of building hardware projects for different areas in climate for a demo and showcase of projects made as well as a pitch competition.
teams will be pitching three judges:
andra keay is is Managing Director of Silicon Valley Robotics, an industry group supporting innovation and commercialization of robotics technologies. The Silicon Valley area is home to the world’s largest robotics and AI cluster, with over 600 robotics companies, and more than 50 robotics/AI research labs.
shawn xu is chief of staff at lower carbon capital, with $2b under management, investing in ambitious solutions to the climate crisis. immediately prior to lowercarbon, shawn was a partner at on deck’s venture fund and accelerator. before this, he was on the investing teams at floodgate and first round capital’s dorm room fund.
cheshta balwani is a project development manager at diode ventures and she focuses on distributed energies and mobility infrastructure development. prior to her current role, she worked at black & veatch where she helped cities, transit agencies and private companies with renewable and mobility infrastructure planning.
