About Karen Mills:
Karen Mills, a native of Macon, Georgia, graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with honors.  She obtained her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also attained the engineering profession’s highest designation by becoming a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and South Carolina. She is the co-author of Avoiding Business Conflicts: Five Important Contracts and Legal Documents for Entrepreneurs and Business Owners.
