Picnic & Deer Watching in Richmond Park
Hey London Girls Third Place Girlies! 🦌🌿
Join us for a mindful mid-morning escape to Richmond Park — where we’ll channel the chaos inside us and let it dissolve in nature. Expect gentle movement, open-air journaling, and the quiet joy of watching deer roam free.
We’re calling it “Picnic & Deer Watching” — a soft rebellion against stress, phones, and London speed. Come feel held, grounded, and reminded of what really matters.
🫶 What to Expect
A gentle walk through Richmond Park (not a hike!)
Journaling prompts and space to reflect
A moment to notice the deer and settle your nervous system
A shared moment of stillness with like-minded souls
Optional chats, no pressure to perform
Come as you are. This isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about softening into presence.
