Welcome to our Clay Club Sessions at KMC Studios – 🏺🎓 an exclusive opportunity tailored for our dedicated pottery students who have completed at least one term in wheel throwing or hand-building at KMC Studios.

When: Every Friday✨
Time: 5PM to 8PM ⏰🌟

Skill Refinement: Hone your skills and delve into new techniques 🔧🎯.
Supportive Environment: Connect with fellow enthusiasts in a relaxed setting or enjoy 3 hours of focused creativity with your clay 🤗💬.
🎟️🛍️ Ticket Includes:
1kg of Clay: Start your session with the essential material included 🪨.
Access to Facilities: Utilise our well-equipped wheel throwing and hand-building areas and tools 🛠️🖌️.
Bisque Firing: Submit your creations for bisque firing after completion; 1kg included in the ticket price 🔥🍶.
⚠️📝 Important Notes:
Glaze Classes: Must be scheduled separately 🎨📅. We host open glaze sessions on Sunday mornings and aim to schedule additional classes during Clay Club times as demand permits. Please let your studio manager know your preferred dates for a glaze class.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable within 48 hours of the session start time⏳❌.
Participant Minimum: Sessions require a minimum number of participants to ensure our tutors are compensated 🥰.
Additional Services and Pricing
🪨 Extra Clay: Available at $5 per kilo. Please see below for detailed firing costs.
🔥 Firing Costs:
Bisque Firing: Small items: $5 per item; Regular-sized items: $10 per item. (a regular item is up to a standard KMC Mug size), larger items; volumetric
Glaze Firing: Small items: $10 per item; Regular-sized items: $15 per item; Larger items; volumetric. Full shelf from $60.
Volumetric Pricing: Larger items are priced based on volume.
Note: A maximum of half an octagon shelf’s worth of items may be submitted per session. Submission of more items requires prior approval to ensure efficient management of shelf and kiln space.

Availability: Due to high demand, especially towards the end of terms, please inquire early to estimate wait times for firing services.
