💡 Session Title
From Classroom to Corporate: Successfully Shifting to L&D

Session Description
Approximately 300,000 teachers left the field between February 2020 and May 2022. (WSJ)

Learning & Development offers 36,500 new jobs in training and development every year through 2031, making it a natural choice for teachers. (BLS)

In this session, we will discuss common challenges facing learning and development professionals. We will share and compare resources that support continuous learning. Finally, we'll consider best practices to evaluate and integrate as an emerging L&D professional.

Join us for this interactive, 60-minute Learning Lab hosted by The Collab Lab, Inc. and the L&D Collective. We will be using Zoom and Menti.
