The Bridge Music Collective presents: A Classics Collage
‘Genre’ is a word that’s usually used to keep different kinds of music separate from each other. But we know that, in any art form, the best artists draw inspiration from a mix of diverse ideas.
In the pursuit of exploration, The Bridge Music Collective is excited to present a collage of music that showcases many different genres in a hodgepodge of classics that we all know and love. This colorful playlist will feature composers such as Tchaikovsky and Debussy right alongside Beyonce and Michael Jackson, and we couldn’t forget to sprinkle in The Beatles and Punch Brothers, too. In addition to the mainstream classics, we’ll be adding a personal touch of our own classics in the ensemble to share with you, pieces that our group has come to love.
If you’re an avid music lover who appreciates an eclectic blend of all things, join us at The Commons on April 19th for a Classics Collage. We’re excited to Rock With You!
Refreshments and good company will be provided, of course. A 15-minute intermission will break up the performance into two acts to facilitate meaningful connection between the audience and performers. <3
