About the Speakers:
Dr. Stefanie Mockler is an industrial/organizational psychologist who has worked in the leadership consulting space for over 12 years. She partners with clients across industries to help them tackle their biggest leadership challenges and is a passionate advocate for developing human-centered leaders who can both develop people and get results. As president + co-founder of The Violet Group, a leadership consulting firm, she leads her team and helps companies accelerate growth for their people through leadership development programs, curated and customized training, leadership assessment for selection and development, and high-touch executive coaching.
Dr. Traci Callandrillo is a counseling and consulting psychologist and expert in Responsive Leadership with over 25 years of experience leading diverse teams. She has worked in higher education administration and healthcare, and led a large student services team through their pandemic response, supporting more than 15k students. She is the owner and chief consultant at the Callandrillo Consulting Group and is working on a book focused on her leadership framework, Responsive Leadership.
