Klaviyo's Boston ERG Panel & Happy Hour Event

​Are you looking for an opportunity to engage with other ERG leaders within the Boston tech industry?! Well look no further! 

​Klaviyo is creating space for their second annual global KRG Leads in Boston for a 2.5-day leadership development and collaboration summit. The Summit will include TedX-style presentations from career coaches and ERG experts; intersectional collaboration within the KRG community; 2025 KRG planning; as well as sessions led by our Klaviyo XF partners in Comms, Benefits, and more. One of the highlights this year will be an interactive session with ERG leaders from Hometown-Boston peers like Wayfair and Hubspot.

​Alexandria Nunez-Bibby manages the ERG program is looking for panelist to talk about their experience as an ERG leader (past/future programming, how you leverage metrics to share impact, how you engage with Executive Sponsor, your ERG's impact on align with business needs/goals). The conversation will be followed by a happy hour in the office at 125 Summer Street.
