Maranda Dziekonski is the Vice President of Customer Success at ID.me, bringing over 20 years of experience in building and scaling world-class operations. With a proven track record of success, she has been instrumental in scaling teams in early and growth-stage startups, contributing to four companies with successful exits—one of which was a unicorn. Maranda’s expertise spans across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Business Operations, though her true passion lies in Customer Success. Recognized as a Top 50 CCO to Watch and a Top 25 Customer Success Influencer for 2021, 2022, and 2023, she has also received numerous accolades for her leadership and customer success contributions.
In addition to her professional work, Maranda sits on several boards and is a member of the advisory board for the University of San Francisco’s Customer Success and Insights MBA Program. Fun fact: Maranda is currently working on her 10th startup!
