

Limited Seats! - Group Workout with Personal trainer - for South Asian Immigrant Women
This is a one hour workout session followed by one hour Q&A for women. The workout includes:
free weights and body weight exercises
Dumbbells, No machines.
We would focus on 5 essential movement patterns of the body: Squat, Hinge, upper body push and upper body pull plus core and carry work.
People who never lift weights in their lives can participate.
