OUR AMAZING SPONSORS

Pebblebed is a new kind of early-stage venture capital firm, by and for technologists. Our partners have had virtuoso careers as technical contributors, including founding roles in @AIatMeta and OpenAI. You use our code. We work closely with young companies trying to bring new things to market.

ElevenLabs uses cutting-edge AI to make computer-generated voices sound just like real people. Their technology can read text out loud in many different voices and even clone specific voices with astonishing realism. As a sponsor, ElevenLabs helps hackathon teams add natural-sounding speech to their projects, making apps and games more immersive.

RunPod.io is a cloud service made especially for AI developers who need serious computing power. It lets you rent high-end graphics processors (GPUs) on demand – almost like borrowing a supercomputer whenever your project needs extra muscle. For hackathon participants, RunPod is a game-changer because it provides the heavy-duty hardware needed to train AI models or crunch big data, all through a convenient online platform.

Modal Labs builds tools that help developers run their code on the cloud without the usual hassles. They offer a platform that takes care of servers and scaling, so teams can use powerful computing for AI or data processing with just a few clicks. In a hackathon setting, Modal Labs enables participants to quickly spin up the infrastructure they need to turn ideas into working prototypes.

Watney Robotics builds smart robots that can work on their own to handle tough or routine jobs, such as managing equipment in big data centers. These robots are designed to operate around the clock with precision, doing tasks that might be dangerous or tedious for humans. As a sponsor, Watney Robotics inspires teams to explore how automation and robotics can solve real-world problems and improve efficiency.

Mecka.ai turns helping AI learn into a game. The platform invites people to do everyday tasks or playful challenges that, behind the scenes, teach artificial intelligence systems (like those in humanoid robots) new skills. It even rewards users for participating, blending fun and tech in a way that can spark creative ideas at a hackathon.

We're a fellowship traveling the world to meet and support exceptional young people. LocalHost provides startup capital, free travel, software credits, and workspaces to student founders, philosophers, and researchers—from high school to PhDs.

Steinmetz is on a mission to re-accelerate the electrification of the entire world. Through optimizing electronics from silicon to heatsink Steinmetz is able to provide products that are highly-performant, cost-competitive, and efficient. Our first product is a highly optimized EV traction inverter which sets new records for performance and ease of use.

Comma.ai is a startup that wants to bring self-driving capabilities to ordinary cars. They created an open-source system that, with a special device, can act like a co-pilot—keeping your car centered in its lane and a safe distance from others using AI and cameras. By backing the hackathon, Comma.ai encourages participants to tinker with autonomous driving tech and imagine new ways to make driving smarter and safer.

The Residency is an innovative live-in tech incubator that offers young builders a place to live, learn, and launch their ideas. It’s like a modern take on a college dorm, but instead of classes, residents collaborate on building startups or new inventions in a supportive, resource-rich environment. By supporting the hackathon, The Residency shows its commitment to nurturing the next generation of creators and even provides a pathway for great projects to continue growing in their program.
