​Jason Korb has been building 100% affordable housing for almost 20 years, including projects in Bridgewater, Brockton, Cambridge, Easton, Haverhill, Sharon, Somerville, Springfield, and Templeton. In this presentation, Jason will explain the costs, considerations, and risks involved in this kind of development and offer suggestions for how Newton could become more welcoming to 100% affordable housing.
