Hi Founders and Friends,

It's been some time since our last catch-up. The Cherubic team is excited to invite you to a happy hour event at our office, where we can reconnect with old friends and make new ones over drinks and bites.

We also have some special friends in town who are excited to meet up with you, including Jason Yeh, founder of Adamant, and Wayne Ting, the CEO of Lime. We look forward to bringing together our community of founders, investors, and friends for a cozy gathering to chat and network.

🌟 Special Guests

Jason is a tech entrepreneur, educator, and angel investor with experience in coaching, product development, operations, and venture capital. He is also the Founder and CEO of Adamant, an organization dedicated to making fundraising easier and more accessible worldwide for as many founders as possible.

As a formal and informal advisor to startups, he’s helped companies raise over $250MM in capital - first as an investor at Greycroft Partners and afterward via Adamant. His last company, Tape, sold to Hustle in 2020. Jason is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Harvard Business School. Jason is focused on helping founders learn how to launch elite fundraising processes. At his core, he is a builder, educator, and champion of adamant founders in the world.

Wayne Ting is the CEO of Lime, the world’s largest shared micro-mobility operator. He has a long and distinguished career in the tech industry, government, and social activism. Ting began his career as the co-founder of CampusNetwork, the first college-based social networking site that started six months before Facebook. He then worked as a senior policy advisor in the National Economic Council of The White House under President Obama, focusing on US housing policies during the Global Financial Crisis. After leaving the White House, Ting joined Uber as the General Manager of Northern California and later became Chief of Staff to CEO Dara Khosrowshahi. In this role, he oversaw the company’s expansion into new markets and the launch of new products.

Ting joined Lime in 2018 as Global Head of Operations & Strategy. He was instrumental in the company’s drive toward operational excellence and profitability. In May 2020, he was promoted to CEO. As CEO of Lime, Ting has focused on making the company a more sustainable and equitable transportation option. He has also worked to expand Lime’s global footprint to over 300 cities. Ting is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. He is the executive sponsor of LimePride, the company’s LGBTQ+ employee network. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
