Introducing the Culinary Master
Sergi Barulls is pure Barcelona spirit! Trained at the Bell Art cooking school, he has since dedicated his life to his great passion: gastronomy. A committed vegetarian—though he occasionally cooks fish—his true love lies in the plant-based world.
Since 2011, he has been part of the Teresa Carles group, where he has led the opening of restaurants in Barcelona and Madrid, as well as driving R&D projects like the kombucha Flax.
His other great passion is music: Sergi is also a well-known reggae DJ in the Catalan scene.
When creativity, talent, and passion come together, the result can only be unique gastronomic experiences.

Hey! I’m Mar, originally from Lleida but I’ve been living in Barcelona for 15 years now. I’m super passionate about this city and everything it stands for. I’m really happy to be part of One Thousand Club to dive into this amazing cultural mix that makes the city—and me—richer. I’m still pretty new here and haven’t joined too many activities yet, but the ones I have have been awesome vibes! Big thanks to everyone.
I was really looking forward to hosting a Dinners at Home event, but right now I’m moving and don’t have a big enough space. Still, anyone who runs their own restaurant knows it’s basically your second home (sometimes your first!), since you spend most of your time there. So instead, I’m opening the doors to a beautiful private spot at my restaurant and inviting you all over.
We are preparing a super unique menu for those who love trying new flavors, ingredients, and experiences. Can’t wait to see you for a fun night full of great food and good vibes!
