​Dubbed "The World's Ugliest City" by De Volkskrant, Charleroi is indeed the epitome of 20th-century industrialisation, forgotten factories, and urban ruins 🏚️. However, over 15 years ago, one of its inhabitants, Nicolas Buissart, recognized the beauty in the beast 🐉 and created "The Charleroi City Safari". It's been one of the country's most unique adventures, and today, Nicolas guides us through it 🎒.

​Join us for an unforgettable city safari through the industrial jungle of Charleroi. Known for his unconventional tours, Nicolas will take us off the beaten path to uncover Charleroi’s raw beauty, hidden landmarks, urban decay, and unexpected charm ✨.

​▪️We take the train at 8:59 a.m. from Gare Centrale

​▪️City tour starts at 11 a.m., is English spoken, and lasts ~5 hours

​▪️Bring a picnic & good walking shoes

​▪️Return at 5:05 p.m., back in Gare Centrale by 6:07 p.m.

​▪️Price: €45 early-bird (incl. train ticket + tour), €50 general admission
