I'm Gaetano Di Donato, I am a highly motivated and professional Italian chef from Naples. My passion for discovering new places and cultures has led me to work in some of the most exciting cities in the world, such as London, Sydney, Milan, Naples, and Madrid, accumulating valuable experiences in Michelin-starred restaurants.
I'm a creative and innovative chef, passionate about experimentation and research of new flavors and techniques. My gastronomic style is characterized by a balance between tradition and innovation, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and dish presentation. I'm always looking for new challenges and opportunities to express my creativity in the kitchen, and I believe that my experience and approach can make a significant contribution to your dynamic reality.
Gaetono was working previously as a chef in Madrid in El Invernadero & now creating his magic with Garcia Ortigosa Lab.

What to expect at a Dinner at Home:
All meals are 3-courses, cooked in-home by a professional chef, and will include:
Starters
Main course & sides
Dessert
Wine & non-alcoholic option of either infused water or teas
On the menu for this table:
Cured king fish tartar with pickles peaches and citrus mayonnaise
Risotto with green peas prawns and salt yougurt
Crumble sables with sweet robiola cream and lemon gel
Our menu will be reannounced the day of the event once we understand the food requirements for all our guests.
