Gabriel Unger
Gabriel is a British-American who grew up across the world. From an early age, he was fascinated by creating and selling things—whether it was colourful fish paintings to his friends’ parents at school in India, or chocolate bars on the school playground in Brazil. At 16, the family moved to the UK where he completed a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Bath. A job at Deloitte and then Accenture followed, before starting his own business - Chai Guys - with friend and co-founder Abhilash. He is also a Director at Humble Crumble.

Kim Innes is the Forbes 30 Under 30 award-winning founder of Humble Crumble, the innovative bakery reimagining the classic crumble pudding. With a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability, Kim has crafted Humble Crumble into a beloved brand known for its unique flavour combinations and artisanal quality. Her creative take on traditional recipes has captured the hearts of dessert lovers, making Humble Crumble a go-to for both nostalgic and adventurous palates.
Ama Amo-Agyei
Ama Amo-Agyei is a Ghanaian-British young entrepreneur and the founder of the multi-million dollar wellness brand Plant Made, which creates plant-based and vegan wellness products. Since launching in 2020 with just £100, Ama has grown the business into an eight-figure brand, gaining recognition from global media outlets such as Glamour, Bustle, The Telegraph, UK Black Business Show, GUAP Magazine, and Business Insider. In 2022, BBC featured her in a nationwide campaign titled “The Beauty Boss,” and in 2023 she was named one of HSBC’s 25 Black Entrepreneurs to Watch. That same year, Lloyds Bank produced a special four-part series on her and Plant Made. Ama is a vocal advocate for entrepreneurship and minority empowerment, frequently sharing her insights at conferences and companies including Meta, PwC, Microsoft, and Klaviyo, with the aim of inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and equipping businesses with tools for intentional storytelling and marketing.
Abhilash Jobanputra
Born in Leicester and shaped by his Indian heritage, Abhilash moved to London for university, where he fell in love with the city’s energy. Inspired from a young age by Steve Jobs, he developed a passion for human-centric innovation and entrepreneurship. After starting his career in consulting at Deloitte, he quickly realised the corporate world stifled his creativity. This drive for innovation led him to co-found Chai Guys, now one of London’s leading chai brands, with a mission to make chai a global hot drink, through championing culture and community.
