​For this Insider Call, we'll be speaking with Allison Zelkowitz 

​Allison is the founder and director of CUBIC – the Center for Utilising Behavioral Insights for Children. Launched by Save the Children International in April 2020, CUBIC is the world’s first applied behavioural science team focusing specifically on the most marginalised children’s rights and welfare. 

​Having just celebrated their 4th anniversary, CUBIC has worked on over 40 projects worldwide, applying behavioural science to address challenging issues such as reducing hazardous child labor, building parenting skills to enhance children’s development, and increasing vaccination uptake. 

​Allison brings over 18 years of experience in international aid to the table. Currently residing in Uganda, she has held significant roles including Country Director for Save the Children in Lebanon and Thailand, and senior leadership positions in Pakistan and Aceh, Indonesia. She holds a Master of Pacific and International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, where she specialised in International Development, Nonprofit Management, and Southeast Asia.
