​TAEX, a curated digital art platform, proudly presents Marina Abramović Element (MAE)—a visionary digital art project by the godmother of performance art. 

​Recognised as one of the most important contemporary artists of our time, Abramović embarked on a quest to create her avatar, which serves as a vibrant extension of her creative vitality into the digital age, working beyond physical limitations. This project marks a pivotal evolution in Abramović’s career—blending her decades-long legacy with the possibilities of the technological frontier. 

​Presented artworks pay homage to key artworks from her past, recontextualising them for the digital gaze, thus forming a new body of work.
