​Due to health reasons, I don't know how long I will continue to be able to offer Coaching From Essence and this may very likely be the last in-person event.

​​The program will cover the Core Curriculum (as efficiently as I can), a Master Track where we go deep on those topics that make for the most powerful coaching (The Dark Ally, The Love Threshold, etc.), a Leadership Track where I’ll cover the most important models I use in leadership coaching (including Building the Mountain, my leadership model), and personal work and reflection. It will also be a lot of fun. And maybe a few surprises.

​We'll meet in a beautiful retreat setting at the Mount Madonna Center in Watsonville, California. More information here: https://www.mountmadonna.org/. Be sure to read the FAQs: https://www.mountmadonna.org/explore/faqs.

​They are giving us full use of all the meeting space in the Conference Center (pictured above), including the main room (which has hosted meditation sessions with 250 people), and two breakout rooms. There are 34 rooms in the Conference Center (10 with private baths). You can book a single, share a room with one or two people, or stay in a cabin. They serve three vegetarian meals a day, with the exception of Saturday, which is brunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Their Wellness Center (https://www.mountmadonnainstitute.org/wellnesscenter) will also be open, so you can book an Integrative Massage, Āyurvedic Bodywork, Reiki Energy Healing, or other wellness session (sign me up!). You’ll be responsible for booking your own accommodations, which includes meals.

​Important! You MUST be fully vaccinated to attend this event. It's a requirement of Mount Madonna Center (more info here)—and me (I'm immunocompromised on two counts, heart problems and cancer). I want this to be a safe, intimate event for everyone.

​Also, I’ve confirmed a Hollywood cinematographer to handle the filming and production. The program will be recorded and made available completely free on the web (note that you are giving permission to be filmed if you attend).

​Your participation will support this project. Tuition is on a sliding scale from $1250 to $2500 per person. A principle of Coaching From Essence is that money is not the focus of my work. I ask clients to pay an amount that represents a real commitment on their part and fairness to me. The suggested contribution is $1750, but I ask you to pay what you can in good faith. Whatever you contribute, I'm grateful for your support.
