🎉 ARC Accelerator Program Kick-Off Event 2025

Join us as we officially launch the ARC Accelerator Program — a bold initiative, proudly supported by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia (MPTC), designed to empower early-stage innovators to transform ideas into real-world solutions. Through expert mentorship, hands-on training, and milestone-driven progress, this program reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Cambodia’s innovation and startup ecosystem.

The Kick-Off Event will bring together university partners, emerging innovators, and ecosystem stakeholders to align on the program’s vision, structure, and the opportunities ahead. It’s an exciting space to connect, collaborate, and lay the foundation for impactful change.

Frank, a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade at the intersection of traditional tech and blockchain, scaled his first Web2.5 venture to a $5M valuation at exit. As CEO and co-owner of Comet.la—a dev studio with an incubator and investment arm—he co-founded Bunswap and Mintware, leading with a product-focused, innovative mindset.

Ratchanon Supakit,

Ventures @ Plug and Play Tech Center | Engineering | Driving innovation by connecting entrepreneurs, corporations, governments, and investors worldwide

With a strong foundation in Electrical Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering from Kasetsart University and a stint at the University of Southampton, Ratchanon’s journey as a Venture Analyst at Plug and Play has been fueled by a robust blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Core business negotiation and system integration competencies have been instrumental in his current role, where he engage with startups and drive strategic partnerships.
