Featured Speakers:

Madeline Duva (Fluxx): A seasoned entrepreneur and startup advisor with over 30 years of experience building and scaling companies. She has held executive roles at multiple high-growth startups such as Sybase, PalmSource, and Access. As the former CEO of China MobileSoft, she spearheaded the development of a full Linux platform for mobile devices culminating in a successful acquisition by PalmSource. She later served as CEO of Fluxx, a global platform for major philanthropic foundations, and now sits on its board.

A sought-after advisor, Ms. Duva works closely with early-stage founders to refine their business strategies, sharpen their pitches, and navigate investor dynamics. She currently mentors startups through the Founder Institute and advises companies like SplashTop and Vieaura.

Mohak Saxena (Race Capital): An Investor focusing on early-stage companies in AI/ML, data infrastructure, and developer tools. With a unique blend of technical expertise and investment acumen, Mohak brings years of experience leading and advising innovative technology ventures.

Before joining Race Capital, Mohak worked at Underscore VC, where he spearheaded the creation of an automated sourcing system for software startup

Jeni Chang (Founder Institute): We're barely scratching the surface at uncovering the deeper drivers of human motivation & visceral reactions. Why we think, feel and act the way we do, when we do - fueling the choices we make both consciously (and unconsciously).

Jeni is currently focused on the intersection of behavioral psychology and physiology. Especially in the age of AI, what happens when we channel that into accelerating growth?

Her journey has been unconventional. She's a geneticist by education and behavioral psych in tow, mgmt consultant for Fortune 500 companies, was tricked into startups, now turns around portfolio companies, helps founders, leads an accelerator, invests and is now shooting for the moon on a new project.
