About Joel Mena:
Joel Mena is a tech entrepreneur and user experience (UX) evangelist. Throughout his career, Joel has held various product/design leadership roles for companies large and small and is a valued advisor on user experience design, marketing, and emerging platforms. For the past 6 years, Joel has worked closely with startups and entrepreneurs, partnering with them to understand their needs and playing a key role in building and launching over a dozen products and companies across a wide range of verticals including web3, real estate, health, entertainment, education, and IoT to name a few. In his current role as CEO and founder of JM Studios, Joel leads a multi-disciplinary team of creative professionals and leverages his extensive background in UX research, design thinking, strategy, product design to help early-stage founders to bring their visions to life.
About Tim Neusesser:
Tim is a UX researcher and specialist at Nielsen Norman Group focused on the integration of UX across businesses and management. With an MBA from Clayton State University and UX/UI Diploma from BrainStation, he specializes in conducting research on the current state of UX as well as educating professionals from around the world on how to further enhance the integration of UX into businesses - from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations.
