​From 10 AM - 2 PM, you will indulge in three interactive sessions designed to revive your mind, body, and spirit: start with calming breath work, followed by mindfulness and journaling exercises, and wrap up with radical candor conversations to foster authentic connections.

​This day is all about relaxation, reflection, and renewal, giving you the space to breathe, connect, and emerge refreshed for the journey ahead.

​WORKING AGENDA:

​10:00 - 10:15 AM ~ Arrival, Smiles, Welcome, CHECK IN

​10:20 - 10:45 PM ~ Tour of the Spa Facilities and Hammans

​11:00 - 11:30 PM Introductions and Wealth Visualization Session

​Begin with a wealth visualization exercise that sets the tone for financial breakthrough. Use guided imagery to envision your financial goals and prepare your mind for the day ahead.

​11:30 - 12:00 PM Breath-work Session

​Engage in a guided breath-work session designed to help you release financial stress, center your mind, and connect with your inner calm. Learn techniques to harness the power of your breath for managing financial challenges and maintaining emotional balance.

​12:15 - 1:00 PM ~ Optional Lunch and Optional Mindfulness & Wealth Journaling Workshop

​Dive into mindfulness practices that ground you in the present moment. This session includes guided meditation and wealth journaling exercises to help you reflect on your financial journey, set clear intentions, and cultivate a prosperity mindset.

​Engage in meaningful dialogues with fellow participants through guided exercises that encourage radical candor. Learn how to communicate openly and authentically about financial challenges and aspirations, fostering connections that are both honest and empowering.

​1:00 - 2:15 PM ~ Explore the pools, saunas, and spa on your own or with your new connections!

​Take this time to relax and rejuvenate, allowing the insights gained during the sessions to settle in.

​2:15 - 2:30 PM ~ Closing Circle: Radical Candor and Financial Elevation Conversations

3:00 PM - 10:00 PM ~ Optional (if you're not heading out with the group going to the Hamptons) ENJOY THE SPA till closing bell. The program wraps up with time to relax and enjoy the spa facilities, allowing you to integrate what you've learned and leave feeling revitalized.

​Your $170 covers the cost of entry into the spa. You get EXPRESS CHECK-IN. You will have access to a private event space where you can chill exclusively and take calls, as well as a private sauna. You will have lockers to store your items.

Your $170 gets you wait service and LUSH BLACK ROBES.

Your $170 provides access to 7 swimming pools, 6 saunas, ice baths, ice plunges, and more. You have full access to the Spa which closes at 10pm!

​Location is in Mapleton, Brooklyn and the exact arrival instructions will be announced to those paid and confirmed on the guest list.

​MUST READ!!!!! WORLD SPA POLICIES & PROCESSES:

• ​EVERY GUEST MUST BRING A VALID, OFFICIAL PHOTO ID AND CREDIT CARD TO CHECK INTO THE SPA. Your credit card will not be charged, they just need it to confirm your check in. Payment for your Spa Access Pass and Private Access Pass will be made well ahead of the event.

• ​The Pools, Saunas, and Spa is for men and women. There are no areas dedicated to only women or only men: Apart from the locker rooms, All Genders Share All Spaces.

• ​PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING CLEAN FLIP FLOPS: If you forget flip flops, you can buy a pair at the spa for $25!!!

• ​Please remember to bring your swimsuit or two!

• ​You are advised to not sit directly on spa surfaces with your swimsuit. Sit on spa surfaces with a towel!

• ​The WorldSpa kitchen closes at 8pm. Be sure to get your last call order before then.
