It's the first and only of its kind to bring together Customer Success and Product leaders to identify customer journey frictions and co-create solutions to be shared out with the rest of the community.
WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE
Small groups of 6-8 execs will identify pain points, generate hundreds of rapid ideas, and we'll have lightning pitches. Lots of Post-its will be used!
UpdateAI CEO Josh Schachter (former Product leader) will facilitate the workshop through an innovation process that execs can then take back to their teams.
We'll round the day off with a networking happy hour.
