W+ Wednesday Ride · Amsterdam

​Hi there! 

​Welcome to our Wednesday rides from Gregario cycling services, a space for women & non-binary riders to connect, push limits, and have fun on the bike.

​Ride details:

• ​Meet at 6:15 PM, roll at 6:30 PM sharp

• ​Route distance: ~ 43 km

• ​Riding pace: 30-32 km/h (we ease up on narrow roads)

• ​Experience in group riding is required (hand signals, drafting etc)

​What to bring:

• ​Mandatory: cleats, road pedals, and helmet

• ​Spare tire, mini tool, and pump

• ​Snacks & water bidons

• ​Well maintained bike, TT handlebars are not allowed

​We’re an advanced group that rotates at the front, enjoys sprints, and pushes each other to get stronger while keeping it safe & social. Every first Wednesday of the month, we finish with a pizza ride! 🍕
