Matt Sonefeldt - Head of Atlassian Ventures
Matt is currently the Head of Atlassian Ventures, where we support founders as they build the future of collaborative work on the cloud. Matt joined Atlassian because of his alignment with Atlassian’s mission & values, and has also led the Investor Relations and Strategy & Biz Ops teams. Prior to Atlassian, Matt empowered business and finance leadership organizations across several technology leaders, including LinkedIn, Ethic, and Gusto; and served as a tech investment associate at Capital Research. Matt is also an Aspen Institute fellow, has received several industry awards for excellence in Investor Relations, and is an avid angel investor through GenPurpose. Matt’s passion is helping organizations with strong cultures drive positive change in the world, and getting outside as much as possible with his family and three rambunctious boys.
Steve Goldsmith - Head of Product, Atlassian Accelerator
Steve Goldsmith is the Head of Product for Atlassian's Accelerator group. The Accelerator group focuses on accelerating Atlassian's growth in many ways: finding new users via our Product Growth teams; discovering new application platforms via the Product Integrations team; and launching new Atlassian products via our Point A program & products. Steve also serves as Site Lead for Atlassian's Austin, TX offices, working to enable a thriving regional presence in Austin as part of Atlassian's global offices. Steve acts as a volunteer Director of the Atlassian Foundation, and participates as an advisor and product sponsor for companies in our Atlassian Ventures portfolio. Finally, Steve leads our Product Craft efforts inside Atlassian, helping build a world-class team of Product Managers around the globe and establish Atlassian as an industry leader in the practices of product-led growth.
Steve's passion and experience have provided him the opportunity to lead many consumer and enterprise products and businesses across multiple industries for over 20 years, providing technical, product and business leadership for teams around the globe. He is passionate about building great teams, one team member at a time. Originally from Canada, Steve moved to Austin for "one year, to try it out" in 1998 and has never left. Outside of work, Steve serves as volunteer board member and committee member for several Austin-area non profits, and acts as an advisor for several early stage startup companies. He is passionate about his family, the Austin community, BBQ and the daily quest for the perfect espresso.

Molly Hellerman - Global Head of Innovation Programs
Molly Hellerman is the Global Head of Innovation Programs at Atlassian. In this role, she drives strategic business decisions for Atlassian’s R&D team, partnering with the CTO and company leaders to inspire and operationalize greater innovation and scale.
During her 9+ years at Atlassian, Molly has focused on building and scaling new teams in undefined spaces. She was our first BizOps hire and most recently led Atlassian’s COVID-19 response and development of TEAM Anywhere, our distributed work policy. Prior to Atlassian, Molly’s experience shows that she isn’t afraid to flip a model on its head. From managing merger and acquisitions to commoditizing the online metal market in the U.K. to co-founding a non-profit – her thread of disruption runs deep. She’s also a former collegiate and professional athlete (Chelsea Ladies FC) and a trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance.
Molly currently serves as a Fellow to both the United Nations (Alliance of Civilizations) and the British Council (Transatlantic Network 2020). She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Wellesley College.
Sarah Hughes - Interim Head of Corporate Development
Sarah Hughes is the head of Corporate Development at Atlassian, overseeing M&A and Ventures deals. During her 4+ years at the company, she's worked on five acquisitions (OpsGenie, Butler, Good Software, CodeBarrel, Halp, and Chartio) and led over 20 investments. Previous to Atlassian, Sarah spent nearly 7 years at Google on its Competition and Corporate Development teams.
Sarah holds a BA In Political Science and International Studies from Yale University, where she was also a collegiate gymnast for four years.

Danielle Dannenberg - Senior Product Manager, Product Craft
Danielle Dannenberg leads Product Craft at Atlassian, scaling and sharing Atlassian’s excellence in product management across the global product team after serving as the Chief of Staff role for Atlassian Accelerator – an organization of 250 people focused on accelerating the growth of Atlassian and new product initiatives. Danielle joined Atlassian while guiding the Halp team through acquisition, where she had previously been running operations for the startup. Danielle brings prior experience from venture capital, startup accelerators, and international development and humanitarian aid. Danielle holds an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts from Elon University. She spends her free time enjoying the arts, community, and the outdoors in Boulder, Colorado.
