About Event

Asian Mental Health Project & Take Action for Mental Health LA County are proud to present the third annual Honor Your Feelings Fest—a day of community, care, and conversation centered on mental health in the Pan-Asian community.

Happening this May in honor of AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, this free, all-ages festival brings together panel discussions, movement workshops, live music, interactive art activations, and more—all in the heart of Los Angeles.

FAQs!

What are the COVID protocols?

Masks will be optional but always encouraged. Please protect your community and stay home if you are not feeling well! Please note that this is hybrid outdoor / indoor event.

Where can I park?

Attendees are encouraged to use public transportation or carpool to access this event. Nearby options include Bus Route 2 and the Hollywood/Western Red Line Rail Stop. Paid parking is available, including on-street metered parking and on-site parking for $15. On-site parking entrance is on De Longpre Ave.

Can I attend the event even though I do not Identify as Asian?

This event aims to center and uplift Pan-Asian community, but we welcome folks and allies from all identities and backgrounds to join us!

Is this event ADA compliant?

Yes! The venue is ADA compliant and ASL interpretation will be available for all of our main stage programming. Additional ADA accommodations requests can be sent to: contact@asianmentalhealthproject.com

Is this event all ages?

Yes! Please bring your kids, older adults, and chosen family of all ages.

Will there be food and drink?

Yes, small bites will be available for purchase. Complimentary drinks will be first come first serve.

Should I bring a yoga mat?

Yes! We highly suggest bringing a yoga mat for extra comfort while enjoying our outdoor programming. AMHP will have a limited number of yoga mats available for guests to borrow. Chairs will also be available for use. Please do not bring any type of folding chair.

Are animals allowed?

Unfortunately only service animals will be allowed at this event.
