​Diana Wu

​Diana Wu is a futurist who is deeply committed to empowering others to envision and create inspiring futures of significance.

​She is the founder of Future Proof Lab, a strategic management company that advises and conducts leadership trainings and various upskilling courses for corporations. Apart from Future Proof, Diana founded two other transformational organisations, Sarana Capital and Sarana Labs.

​A former Financial Times executive and adjunct professor at Columbia Business School’s EMBA Global Asia, Diana's career began in management consulting, including working with Dr. Henry Kissinger. Inspired to write "Future Proof: Reinventing Work in an Age of Acceleration" after a personal tragedy, she focuses on career innovation and life presence. The book, praised by Financial Times’ Henry Sender, guides readers through professional reinvention.

​Passionate about redefining workspaces for meaningful contributions and productivity, Diana advocates for progressive strategies addressing the expectations of new generations. She collaborates with global leaders and companies on topics like the future of work and corporate governance, leveraging her MBA from Columbia Business School.
