🇺🇸 Ying Yao — Senior UX Designer at Honeywell
Ying (she/her) is a UX and product designer at Honeywell. She kicked off her career creating digital solutions for Fortune 500 clients before transitioning to enterprise UX to tackle B2B product challenges. In addition to being an ADPList mentor, she's also the co-organizer of Ladies that UX Atlanta, a design community focused on career growth, community learning, and building relationships among diverse women and non-binary folx.
Fun fact: In her previous life, Ying broadcasted smooth jams through the airwaves of Atlanta as a radio DJ 🎧

Cyd is a Creative Director at HBO Max leading a diverse team of thinkers and makers, dedicated to Growth and Acquisition Media. She also serves on the board of +ME Project, a non-profit that harnesses the power of storytelling to equip and embolden youth to improve their lives, their communities, and the world. Prior to HBO Max, she served as Art Director and Design lead at Apple, focused on Brand and Marketing. Earlier in her career she was at Rdio, Pandora, and thredUP.
Fun Fact: She designed a campaign around one of the largest hacks in Salesforce's history (don't worry it was an internal Red Team, hacking for good!) 👩🏻💻

🇺🇸 Roger Zhu - Lead Product Designer / Meta (formerly Facebook)
Roger Zhu is a lead product designer at Facebook, where he designs data-driven platforms for business using Meta’s platform. He has managed and mentored multiple Intern and new grad in the last 5 years. He is currently based in Seattle, and was born and raised in Hangzhou, China.
Fun Fact: He has ran into Emma Watson in a CVS, they chatted at the checkout line 🧾
