We're thrilled to have Chris Gaither, the co-founder of Regenerous, Lisa Yee-Litzenberg, the founder of Green Career Advisor, and Sharmila Singh, the founder of Green Lens Consulting, join us for an interactive conversation on all things climate careers. Climate Career Coach Radhika Bhatt will moderate the panel.

Meet the Panelists:
CHRIS: Chris Gaither, co-founder of Regenerous, guides sustainability leaders and their teams toward a vibrant world. With experience at Apple, Google, and more, he brings fierce love for planetary healing and storytelling expertise to his work. Based in Berkeley, he serves on the Alameda County Community Food Bank’s board.
LISA: Lisa, a green career expert for over 25 years, is dedicated to guiding others toward fulfilling environmental careers. At the University of Michigan's School for Environment and Sustainability, she spearheaded graduate career services for a decade, aiding numerous students in securing dream roles. Lisa's network spans thousands of green employers nationally and globally, and she is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan, she spent 12 years at the National Wildlife Federation, focusing on water policies, wolf conservation, and environmental leadership development. Lisa, an enthusiastic soccer player and nature enthusiast, is committed to helping individuals discover their ideal environmental jobs.
SHARMILA: Sharmila is a Career Coach, Sustainability Consultant, Teacher, and Connector who has focused much of her career helping organizations committed to growing their business while implementing regenerative practices. Finding her true calling meant landing a career that combines business strategy while making an impact in the world. It was this journey that charged a desire to help others discover the career paths that bring them deep joy and fulfillment. Sharmila is the founder of Green Lens Coaching and, for the past 5 years, has been leading workshops and coaching clients in self-discovery, leadership, and career development. RADHIKA: Radhika is a multiple-hat-wearing career coach with past experience in user experience design, partnerships development, community building, and program management across government, non-profits, and social impact organizations, and pivoted to career coaching 2 years ago. Currently, her roster of coaching clients comes through General Assembly and Terra.do, where she teaches career changers how to successfully execute a resilient job search during a tough market to land roles in climate, technology, and social impact.
