Forum Theme: “Pride in Power: Stories of Queer Resilience

​Join us for an evening of empowerment, storytelling, and community pride as we explore what it means to be resilient and proud in the face of adversity.

​This special forum, Pride in Power: Stories of Queer Resilience, will feature inspiring words from Dominic Alleyne of Mystique Empowerment Guyana, a dynamic panel discussion, an interactive trivia game celebrating our history and achievements, and an open mic/story circle where members of the community can share their personal journeys.

​We will also spotlight an exciting new chapter for our movement — the creation of GuyBow’s newly acquired safe space — a place for support, learning, and community building for LBQ+ women and queer persons in Guyana.
