Knowing whether a sales call went well is an intuitive skill that a sales rep develops over time. Grading sales calls is an art and a science practiced explicitly or implicitly by sales reps and managers across organizations. It needs to capture the quality of the conversation, level of interest and engagement, and the strength of the next steps.
