About Mr. Mohammad Abunayyan

Mr. Mohammad Abunayyan is the Founder and Chairman of ACWA Power, and also serves as Chairman of Vision Invest and DataVolt. A driving force behind sustainability in clean energy, water desalination, and green hydrogen, he aligns his ventures with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. Under his leadership, ACWA Power expanded from a startup in 2004 into an international utility champion, now operating in 14 countries across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His newest initiative, DataVolt, pioneers AI-powered, sustainable data infrastructure. Renowned for fostering cost leadership, public-private partnerships, and talent development, Mr. Abunayyan’s four decades of entrepreneurial experience continue to create global impact.

About Mr. Rajit Nanda

Rajit NANDA is the CEO of DataVolt(www.data-volt.com) since mid 2023, a new age sustainable data centre operator that aims to transform the data centre landscape at scale. Rajit is an accomplished global leader in the energy & infrastructure industry, having led multiple companies to greater heights.

As the former Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer & Chief Portfolio Management Officer of ACWA Power (www.acwapower.com), he drove the company’s global growth over a decade and a half through his expertise in new business development, acquisitions, finance, construction, and operational matters, leading to an US$ 45+ billion market cap post its IPO in 2021. Prior to that, up to 2008, Rajit was the CFO of Engie(www.engie.com) for the Middle East, Asia & Africa region, where he helped catapult Engie from a single asset business to becoming the largest I(W)PP player in the Middle East and Africa region. He also sits on the Board and Executive and Investment Committees of several large listed and non-listed power and infrastructure investment companies

About Mr. Anjney Midha

Anjney is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz where he invests in AI, infrastructure, and open source technology. He serves on the boards of Black Forest Labs, Luma AI, Mistral AI, and Sesame AI.

A former founder and CEO, Anjney joined the firm in 2023. Immediately prior, Anjney was vice president of platform ecosystem at Discord where he oversaw all developer products for the company’s 200 million+ users. In this role, Anjney set up Discord’s first dedicated developer platform organization, launched its partnership with Midjourney, and helped it scale to one of the world’s fastest growing generative AI businesses. Anjney joined Discord via the acquisition of Ubiquity6, a pioneering computer vision and multiplayer technology company serving millions of users globally, where he was cofounder and CEO. Before that, Anjney was a partner at Kleiner Perkins, where he led the formation of the firm’s first dedicated seed fund and invested in companies across venture and growth stages.

As an angel investor, Anjney’s investments included Anthropic, Eleven Labs, Infinitus AI, Luma AI, Mashgin, Ideogram, as well as several other AI companies.
