​​Volunteering Untapped NYC is on a mission to build community through volunteering. We host events every month on the second Saturday and partner with local organizations around the city.

​​We've had an overwhelming number of volunteering signing up to volunteer this month so we are hosting a hosting a SECOND volunteering event! We are partnering with Battery Urban Farms, an educational farm where New York City’s students, residents, and visitors experience sustainable farming, enjoy tasting organic fresh foods, and learn environmental stewardship. We will be doing a park clean up with Battery Urban Farms.

​Saturday’s event will be at the Battery Urban Farm (State St &, Battery Pl, New York, NY 10004) and will be from 10am to 12:30pm. 

​​When you arrive, we'll be meeting outside of the vegetable farm and its entrance can be found at these coordinates here. You can also reference this map here. The northern side of the park will be under construction, so you'll need to enter the park along State Street.

After the event, we’ll walk to Sixpoint Brewery nearby for our social with food and drinks!

​Volunteering Untapped socials are an optional way to further socialize with other volunteers; we encourage everyone to come out to the social! Food and drinks will be available to purchase.
