RE:BUILD Series | #001: Mental & Financial Resilience for Working Adults
A Safe Space to Rethink Real Resilience 💫
In today’s fast-paced world, many chase income at the expense of mental wellness. But what if true resilience begins with stewarding well — our time, our talents, and our income?
Rising Youth Stress in Singapore: Let's Break the Cycle Together
💡A recent youth survey in Singapore revealed that 1 in 4 young adults under 35 seriously considered self-harm in the past year.
And the #1 mental health stressor? Not work. Not relationships. It was the rising cost of living.💰
We may not be able to control inflation or economic shifts.
But we can choose how we respond.
Intentional stewardship is the key to staying grounded and resilient in the face of change.
