​「人生の転換点 - 価値観の棚卸し」ワークショップ

​留学を決めた時。転職したいかもと思った時。新しい家族が増えた時。思いもよらない変化が起きた時。

​自分の意思で変えようと思った人生の転換点も、予期していなかった転換点も、大切なのは「古い価値観と新しい価値観」を棚卸しし、次の人生のチャプターのテーマを感じながら次に進んでいくことです。

​自分の意思で変えたいと思った人生の転換点では、ゴールをより強く意識すること。

​予期しない変化が起きた転換点では、予定していた次の一歩の急な変化で、過去に積み上げてきたものも消えてしまったように感じてしまい、価値観が混乱しやすい時期です。

Pre-MBAの皆さん、Post-MBAの皆さん、いずれも人生の転換期にいる皆さんにお役に立つ1時間のセッションを予定しています！

​Whether it's a turning point you chose for yourself or one that came unexpectedly, what truly matters is taking stock of your "old values and new values" and moving forward with a sense of the theme for your next life chapter.

• ​When facing a turning point by choice, it’s essential to be even more aware of your goals.

• ​When encountering an unexpected turning point, the sudden shift in your next steps can make you feel as though everything you’ve built has vanished, leading to value confusion.

​This one-hour session is designed to support those at life’s turning points—whether you are Pre-MBA, Post-MBA, or navigating a major transition.

​What you will explore:

​✅ Reflect on your past to uncover your core essence
✅ Define a new set of values
✅ Identify the theme of your transition
