About Event

We're teaming up with Studio78 to help everyone begin their year’s journey of progress.

The Studio78 x Rhone five-part workout series seamlessly blends Pilates with Mental Fitness, merging physical strength with mindfulness. Each 45-minute session challenges your body through targeted Pilates movements, followed by guided meditations, sound baths, or breath work to enhance mental clarity and reduce stress.

Designed for all fitness levels, this series empowers both your body and mind, because Progress Starts Here!

Please plan to arrive by 8:15am.

Mats will be provided by Stakt Mat.
