Relax & Restore Meditation & Movement - Hosted by Denise Bischof (Non-member $40; 8:30-9:30 AM PST - register for individual events offered on 7/12, 7/19, 8/9, and 8/23)
This 1 hour deep rest stress reduction class provides a safe space to explore how movement, breath, and guided meditation cultivate calm, strength, and resilience of the body, mind, and spirit. The first half of the class is gentle movement and the second half is guided relaxation.

Here’s what you need to know before class:
What will the class be like?
The class will be one hour in length. We will begin with gentle stretching and movement and end with breathing, relaxation, and guided meditation.
What will you need?
Floor space where you can stand, sit, and lie down comfortably. A quiet space is preferred but not necessary. No worries if kids or pets will be joining you. We can all benefit from movement and relaxation, right?
A chair or table to place your computer, tablet or phone and be hands free.
If you have yoga props, great, but they will not be necessary. We will use props you have at home.
2-3 pillows (bolster)
1-2 blankets
Folding or dining chair (with no wheels)
Sock or scarf to cover the eyes (eye pillow)
