What’s the workshop about?
This workshop blends Japanese cultural rituals of “yoshuku” and the Daruma talisman with a neuroscience-based approach to goal achievement.

What’s Yoshuku?
Yoshuku is the ancient Japanese practice of ‘manifesting’ (!!)—or more precisely, the art of pre-celebration. It’s about celebrating a future outcome as if it has already happened to attract it into reality.
Take Hanami as an example. This tradition began with farmers gathering under cherry blossoms to celebrate an abundant harvest in advance. By doing so, they believed they could attract that future into reality.
In this workshop, we’ll use the power of yoshuku to celebrate your goals as if they’re already achieved—tapping into that same energy to turn your intentions into reality.

A Daruma is a traditional Japanese symbol of perseverance and goal-setting. One eye is drawn when you set a goal, and the other once it’s achieved.
But in this workshop, you’ll fill in BOTH EYES at once!
